Heading up to the North Shore this morning by way of St Paul so we can stop at Trader Joe's to take advantage of their pumpkin products. Won't get down to Madison until some time in October, and pumpkin wasn't much available in August when we were last there. Axel came up yesterday in his fancy 1995 Mazda Miata. Had a really nice visit with him and we all walked downtown to Dozynki. Not much going on outside, but we had lunch at Graffiti's with Kielbasa, sauerkraut (but not for me), pierogi, and a breadstick. It was quite delicious. Axel had trouble starting his car and he and Bob had quite a time getting the battery charged up so he could drive home. Michael and Taylor stopped over later with banana chocolate chip muffins.
