Sunshine this morning even though it's only 33°. Had a really fun evening with Michael and Taylor yesterday, enjoying pistachio-crusted salmon and Costco chocolate cake. Cooked wild rice in the Instant Pot with a can of chicken broth; turned out very well and I would do that again. Was plenty for four people. Food: 7:55 am Chocolate pecan snail, 101 g blackberries, coffee
