Home again! It was a wonderful month in Denia, settling into a routine in a very nice apartment, eating amazing food every day (but keeping a close eye on my weight by purchasing a scale at Decathlon immediately upon arrival), getting in quite a few beautiful hikes in sunshine, pleasant temps, and gorgeous scenery. Loved being surrounded by mountains and orange groves. Very pleased that my phone is fully charged again this morning after a little glitch yesterday afternoon when it wouldn't take a charge. Bob was able to clean a bunch of gunk out of the charging portal which probably did the trick. Think I'm going to skip Body Pump this morning as I want a day to just kind of slip back into the home routine. I do have a massage at 1 which should help work out the kinks from carrying my suitcase around the airports. Food: 7:50 am 3/4 c TJs Maple Pecan Crunch, 1/2 c skim milk, 104 g blackberries, coffee
