Really lovely week in Door County with beautiful weather allowing for long hikes every day, a wide variety of restaurants for breakfasts and lunches, then relaxing in the evenings in the room with cheese and crackers, meat spread, and Seaquist pie options. Actually finished a bottle of apple/cherry Island Cider. A little unexpected excitement when we got up on Friday morning after a big thunderstorm to find there was no water in the room. Something had broken a valve in their pump and flooded the crawlspace with water while shutting down water to the room. Had to go to breakfast with no shower, no in-room coffee, and not even brushing our teeth! We called Ron and Mary at home and he was able to come in and work hard to get a plumber to come, but by mid-afternoon they had the water back in the rooms. Food: 8:00 am 96 g Costco morning bun, 106 g blackberries, coffee
