Not sure how I managed to get 1448 steps already this morning when I usually only have about 750 at most doing the same things. Only extra thing I did was clip my finger and toenails. But I won't complain. Kind of a dreary morning today for my walk with Kathy. Food: 8:05 am Caramel pecan roll, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:45 pm English muffin w/butter, 2 scrambled eggs, ginormous orange Exercise: 8:30-10:00 am Walk w/Kathy Zinda Dr loop
