I really don't look forward to Yogalates with this instructor, but it seems better to go and get the workout in than to rely on getting some form of exercise at home if I'm not highly motivated. Also I can do the penitential foam rolling with the gym roller.
Food:
7:55 am Chocolate croissant, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:15 pm 1 c Caribbean black bean soup, slice Dresden stollen
Exercise:
9:30-10:15 am Patrick's Pilates
