Tues 15 Aug

Back to sunshine today. Yesterday was rainy and busy, and I just decided not to worry about getting 12,000 steps. I think I only crested about 8,000 but that's okay. Did not feel like spending my evening running laps in my living room. Best not to be obsessed. Food: 7:55 am 3/4 c TJs Maple Crunch cereal, 1/2 c skim milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
