Good to be back to OBT yesterday, albeit a rather slow day. The whole crew was on board at least part of the time, so I could reconnect with my coworkers. It was also nice to visit with Leone and Mick in the morning. Today I have coffee with the Bootstrap Buds at Emy Js Vault. I get a cappuccino again, just like my morning routine in Spain.

7:55 am 3/4 c TJs Maple Pecan Crunch, 1/2 c skim milk, 102 g blackberries, coffee
