Mon 21 Apr

We had a good Easter with 8 am Mass followed by an excellent brunch of croissant beignets with excellent whipped cream, cream cheese and Nutella dips, and fig, brie, and ham crepes for me and smoked salmon avocado toast for Bob. Lamb shanks for dinner completed a culinary feast to celebrate the Resurrection. Pope Francis left us to join the Resurrected Christ. Please, Lord, give us another wise soul to lead us through this troubled time. Food: 8:00 am 128 g Bavarian creme paczki, 102 g blackberries, coffee
