Very nice dinner with Michael and Taylor post-Easter last night. Michael made his faux scallops from king mushrooms and I made cauliflower cheese and baked bean casserole. Michael made a faux cheesecake for dessert with cashews and home-grown raspberry topping. Learned yesterday that Pia will be leaving the social justice coordinator position. Sounds like she was a bit too enthusiastic in her pursuits of social justice for the powers that be in the parish. That's a shame as I think we needed her. Food: 7:55 am 78 g pecan kringle, 104 g blackberries, coffee
