Sorry I haven't been updating; things are pretty stressful. And I know that's bad for weight loss :P

Food today:
8:00a - Cheerios, 2% milk
10:00a - Small plate pasta salad (pasta, feta, broccoli, tomatoes)
11:45a - Bowl homemade gazpacho
1:30p - 3pc turkey bacon

Exercise today:
9-9:05a - Walk to farmers market
9:45-9:50a - Walk home
10:15-10:45a - Walking at 4.8 mph
10:45-11:15a - Pilates-ish floor work

Day 8

Bah. Went to the gym and lifted for half an hour, weighed in afterwards... 124. Not doing massive amounts of cardio every day seems to be taking its toll on that not-so-little number. Sigh.

Food today:
7:50a - Cheerios, 2% milk
9:30a - Animal crackers (post workout recharge)
11:10a - Glass of 2% milk
11:30a - Pita pizza (whole wheat pita, marinara, low fat mozzarella, mushrooms)
12:45p - Tiniest sliver of brownie I could cut (hehe)
2:30p - 2 mango and 2 guava wafer cookies

Exercise today:
7:50-8a - Bike to campus
8-8:30a - Weightlifting, low weight high reps
10:50a - Climb 4 flights of stairs
11-11:10a - Bike home
12:50-1p - Bike to campus
1p - Climb 4 flights of stairs

I don't even remember what I ate today. I know I had cereal at 8:30 and then didn't eat again until 6:30. I hate this fucking project.

Day 5

The disadvantage of having fasted yesterday is that I really don't consider what I'm feeling to be "hungry" anymore. Hrm.

Food today:
8:30a - Cheerios with 2% milk
9:00a - 3pc turkey bacon
9:30a - 2 mango wafer cookies and a couple spoonfuls of Lowfat Ben&Jerry's
5:45p - half of a mango
6:00p - 3pc Uno's cheese pizza, 2 Oreos
9p-12a - some raspberry Milanos, no idea how many. I was coding.

... Yeah, I eat like shit when I have projects. Goddamn.

Exercise today:
9:40-9:50a - Bike to campus
4:40-4:50p - Bike home
6:30-6:40p - Bike to campus
1:05-1:15a - Bike home

Day 4

Fast day, CS project. I'm looking forward to dinner like whoa.

Food today:
6:30p - Plate of fruit, two (small) plates of Chinese food with lots of tofu
7:30p - 1/4c tapioca pudding, almond cookie, 1" square piece of cake
9:00p - Glass of Manischewitz ^_^

Exercise today:
9:20-9:45a - Walk to campus
5:40-6p - Walk from Yoh's to campus
6-6:30p - Walk to Jade Garden
8-8:30p - Walk home

Day 3

No class, big CS project, and the last day before the fast = weird schedule.

Food today:
9:30a - "heart healthy" serving of oatmeal with honey and 2% milk
11:30a - apple
12:00p - Sunbelt granola bar (I'm out now)
5:45p - spaghetti and marinara, garlic bread
6:15p - 1/2c pumpkin ice cream

Exercise today:
10:15-10:25a - Bike to campus
random walking around campus
5:30-5:35p - Bike to Hillel
12:50-1a - Walk/bike home

Day 2

I'm going to open a post in the morning and keep it updated throughout the day, otherwise I know I'm going to forget things - like I'm pretty sure there was another granola bar in there somewhere yesterday, but I'm not really sure where.

Food today:
8:00a - Cheerios and 2% milk
10:00a - Whole wheat English muffin, ~1Tbsp peanut butter
11:45a - Apple, Sunbelt granola bar with chocolate chips
1:45p - 1c homemade gazpacho
4:30p - pita pizza with mushrooms and some chicken, 2 slices honeydew, Sunbelt granola bar (HUNGRY)
6:30p - half pint of lowfat Ben&Jerrys
11:00p - Sunbelt granola bar
1:30a - Protein bar and Nestlé energy drink

Exercise today:
9:05-9:15a - Bike to campus
10:40a - Climb 4 flights of stairs
4-4:10p - Bike home
10-10:10p - Bike across campus
4:30-4:40a - Bike home

Starting Again

I've decided to keep a public blog of my attempts to live healthy and (hopefully) lose fat, if not weight. If nothing else, having to post these things to the world may help me out - no one was pestering me about my accounts over at The Daily Plate or SparkPeople, and hopefully at least someone will scold me if I don't eat enough, or I don't make it in to the gym in the morning, or if I sit around eating Oreos while I'm working on my projects for CS 766...

Food today:
7:30a - Cheerios and 2% milk (no I will not switch to skim, don't even ask)
9:30a - Day-old English muffin with ~1Tbsp peanut butter and half a banana. It was gross.
12:00p - Apple and Sunbelt granola bar with chocolate chips
2:00p - 1c homemade gazpacho, 3 strips turkey bacon
4:30p - 16oz diet V8 Splash, 8oz 2% milk, 4 Oreos (see introduction)
6:30p - 1 Oreo (see introduction - but they're all gone now)
8:00p - tomato slice with fresh mozzarella, 3 sm slices personal-sized Neopolitan cheese pizza
9:00p - 3 sm slices personal-sized Nutella pizza

Exercise today:
9:15-9:25a - Bike to campus, climb 4 flights of stairs
12:15p - climb 4 flights of stairs (going down them doesn't count)
2-2:10p - Bike home

So I end up feeling like a complete pig. But I got to have dinner with Matt, which isn't something I get to do very frequently at all, so I really don't mind the end result. Tomorrow will be better.
