Starting Again

I've decided to keep a public blog of my attempts to live healthy and (hopefully) lose fat, if not weight. If nothing else, having to post these things to the world may help me out - no one was pestering me about my accounts over at The Daily Plate or SparkPeople, and hopefully at least someone will scold me if I don't eat enough, or I don't make it in to the gym in the morning, or if I sit around eating Oreos while I'm working on my projects for CS 766...

Food today:
7:30a - Cheerios and 2% milk (no I will not switch to skim, don't even ask)
9:30a - Day-old English muffin with ~1Tbsp peanut butter and half a banana. It was gross.
12:00p - Apple and Sunbelt granola bar with chocolate chips
2:00p - 1c homemade gazpacho, 3 strips turkey bacon
4:30p - 16oz diet V8 Splash, 8oz 2% milk, 4 Oreos (see introduction)
6:30p - 1 Oreo (see introduction - but they're all gone now)
8:00p - tomato slice with fresh mozzarella, 3 sm slices personal-sized Neopolitan cheese pizza
9:00p - 3 sm slices personal-sized Nutella pizza

Exercise today:
9:15-9:25a - Bike to campus, climb 4 flights of stairs
12:15p - climb 4 flights of stairs (going down them doesn't count)
2-2:10p - Bike home

So I end up feeling like a complete pig. But I got to have dinner with Matt, which isn't something I get to do very frequently at all, so I really don't mind the end result. Tomorrow will be better.
