Day 8

Bah. Went to the gym and lifted for half an hour, weighed in afterwards... 124. Not doing massive amounts of cardio every day seems to be taking its toll on that not-so-little number. Sigh.

Food today:
7:50a - Cheerios, 2% milk
9:30a - Animal crackers (post workout recharge)
11:10a - Glass of 2% milk
11:30a - Pita pizza (whole wheat pita, marinara, low fat mozzarella, mushrooms)
12:45p - Tiniest sliver of brownie I could cut (hehe)
2:30p - 2 mango and 2 guava wafer cookies

Exercise today:
7:50-8a - Bike to campus
8-8:30a - Weightlifting, low weight high reps
10:50a - Climb 4 flights of stairs
11-11:10a - Bike home
12:50-1p - Bike to campus
1p - Climb 4 flights of stairs

Hey Girl,

I think it's time to increase the protein intake. Can you subsitute eggs for the cheerios? One meal at a time. Start with breakfast...or dinner...whatever works but add more protein for one meal. Does that make sense?

To lose weight you need the amount of your body weight in protein and 1/2 your body weight in fat. Per day. So you weigh 124, you 124g of protein and 62g of fat.

You seem stressed. Keep in mind, it's hard to lose weight when you're stressed.
