8:00a - Cheerios, 2% milk
10:00a - Small plate pasta salad (pasta, feta, broccoli, tomatoes)
11:45a - Bowl homemade gazpacho
1:30p - 3pc turkey bacon
Exercise today:
9-9:05a - Walk to farmers market
9:45-9:50a - Walk home
10:15-10:45a - Walking at 4.8 mph
10:45-11:15a - Pilates-ish floor work
