May the Fourth be with you! Sunshine remains, though the temps will be a bit cooler this week. I'm happy enough with the sunshine that I'll wear an extra layer with no complaints. Truly enjoyed our beautiful, sunny, warm weekend. Got my spring flower pix posted on Instagram this morning. Leg muscles are noting the first Rib hike of the year this morning.
Food:
8:00 am Apricot danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:00 am 1 oatmeal cookie
1:20 pm Bob's Red Mill steel cut oats, 1/4 c chopped walnuts, 1/4 c craisins, soy milk, 1/2 scoop Elevation vanilla protein powder, 2 Babybels
