Hoping very much that David will be at the Market today with pre-Christmas goodies for us. Will be so nice to taste his artistry again. Oh, well. Not this week (again). Heard he was delayed a week, so maybe next week. He'll probably trot out his traditional specialty goodies so we'll have to wait even longer for morning pastries. The fish lady whose daughter makes delicious morning buns had a big supply and insisted on giving us a discount for bulk purchase. We'll have good bakery this week anyway, if a little repetitive.
