Spring pollen, yuck! My eyes are uncomfortable, I sneeze a lot, and my sinuses are a little sore. Will try to pick up some nettle tea at the Farmer's Market on Saturday. Food: 7:55 am Costco cinnamon roll, 104 g blackberries, coffee
