Enjoyed catching up with Heather last night over a nice dinner at Golden Curry, the new iteration of Green Tea. Just Bootstrap today. Hot weather is supposed to continue through the weekend, but right now it's 49° outside (with 94% humiditiy, so we won't open the windows to let the cool in). It's hot! The house a/c is set at 78° and is keeping it quite comfortable. Tne new bedroom a/c was set at 76° last night, and I will probably go down just a tad tonight because my bedside clock/thermometer said it was 81° all night. It was okay for sleeping even so, and certainly better than not having any a/c upstairs. Food: 7:55 am 85 g raspberry kringle, 106 g blackberries, coffee, goat milk powder

So begins the hot streak, according to the forecasts. This week will start in the 90s and just barely drop into the 80s later. Yesterday we bought a window air conditioner for the bedroom since the house a/c doesn't suffice for upstairs. Just ran it on fan last night since it wasn't yet really hot, and it has a good strong fan. Food: 8:00 am 84 g raspberry kringle, 109 g blackberries, coffee, 1 tsp goat milk powder

Fr. Steve's last hurrah (until he comes back to sub). I cantor and Cindy accompanies; she has already sent me an email promising to be there! She will never forget me again. Knee and finger are steadily improving, though there is significant bruising around the knees. Made it through my workout at Laura's gym yesterday, and it was enjoyable. Hope to return soon.
