First week back from vacation went by pretty fast, but it was really hard to get up to exercise this morning. Hopefully that routine will seem more normal next week.
Seems to be cooling down a bit; changed clothes at lunch to something with longer sleeves and jean capris. We could use some rain - would be nice to have a gentle but steady all-nighter. Will possibly drive down to get couch tomorrow if the keys come; otherwise we'll have to squeeze it in next weekend.
The new "Italian" place in the old Country Kitchen building is no great shakes. Gravy on the garlic mashed potatoes? For the most part, cafeteria-type fare.

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c skim milk, 161 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice Trader Joe's multigrain bread, 1 tbl nutella, large plum
2:30 pm 2 LifeSavers, 2 lightly salted rice cakes
7:30 pm 3 oz chicken marsala, 1 breadstick w/dipping oil, iceberg lettuce salad w/1 tsp raspberry viniagrette, 2 bite garlic mashed potatoes w/chicken gravy
9:00 pm 1/2 c vanilla ice cream, 1 c sliced strawberries, 1/4 c blueberries
