So-so this morning. More congested feeling but energy level okay at this point. Was able to get up and exercise.
Made a blast-from-the-past comfort food recipe for supper tonight: pork sausage casserole. I had almost forgotten about it until I saw a package of fresh pork sausage on the grocery shelf. I had just enough leftover thick kluski-like noodles that made it really awesome!
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:15 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice Village Hearth whole wheat bread, 1 tbl Jif, orange
4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew
5:45 pm Pork sausage casserole, 1/2 can sliced beets, 12 oz skim milk
