Okay, I've been tracking calories, I suppose I should do this publicly too so that you all can shame me when I do bad things.
Food today:
7:45a - medium Gala apple
12:30p - Einstein Asiago cheese bagel (Torah study)
4:25p - Genisoy protein bar
7:30p - Pesto noodles, crescent rolls, pineapple (GOD I'm hungry)
11:30p - small piece chocolate chip zucchini cake ^_^
Exercise today:
9-9:10a - Bike to campus
Repeatedly - Up 4 flights of stairs, walk across campus
5-5:10p - Bike home
And in the interest of full disclosure, next Thursday I fully intend to split a small order of Pokey sticks with my mother - that's basically half a cheese pizza. It's highly therapeutic.
