Nearly Easter. Most of the big snow has already melted, and since it is supposed to be a bit milder over the next few days, the rest isn't long for this world, I suspect. No great loss. Food: 7:45 am Hot cross bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:30 am 2 slices Omega 3 toast, 2 tbl PB 3:30 pm Salmon club sandwich, 12 oz Velvet Hammer bock, 3 bites cheesy grits, 2/3 c steamed green beans 4:5 pm Kwik Trip chocolate cake donut Exercise: 1:15-3:00 pm Hike Rib on path
