Wed 30 Mar
Rainy day today. Doesn't really matter to me because Wed is my busy day with gym in the morning and Bootstrap in the afternoon. I usually manage to get my 10,000 between the two of them so I don't need to get outside for a walk if I don't want to.
Food:
7:35 am Hot cross bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl PB, i tbl red raspberry jam, med banana
Exercise:
8:55-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
