May the Fourth be With You! A grey day out there, but laundry and packing to do after gym so no need to be outside much. Lots of rain in the night, but it seems to be done now.
Food:
7:40 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 99 g blackberries, coffee
12:55 pm 6 pumpkin soup crackers w/hummus, mushroom wild rice soup
Exercise:
8:55-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump
