Sat 19 May

Kinda cloudy out there today, but still nice and warm. It was nice to change over to summer sheets yesterday; I think I slept a little better because of it. I do hope the sun comes out later though. Food: 8:05 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm 5 oz kombucha, L'Oven Fresh English muffin w/butter, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/chives, multicolor baby carrots Exercise: 9:05-9:40 am Clark/Ellis loop
