Forgot to watch the Holy Day mass at 6:30 but remembered it as I was getting ready for bed after 9, so came downstairs and watched Fr. Tom online and managed to stay awake. Glad I did. Planning a walk with Kathy today that may be abbreviated if she still is feeling fatigued. She got the cold that we had and is still in the last stages, plus she had a long day yesterday supporting her MIL at the doctor. Didn't snack at all yesterday (which was a bit stressful), but the scale did head back downward a little so I'll try to keep it up for awhile.
