Ah, the penultimate day of February! Hopefully, March will be warmer?

Amazing what a good night's rest will do to heal the body! I started feeling a little dizzy at work this morning, still not focusing completely clearly. Hope I'm not coming down with something. Haven't been feeling a lot better as the day progresses. Still light-headed on and off, weird occasional shooting pain for 3-5 seconds in my right ankle, ears feel plugged. Gonna skip exercising and take it easy. Nothing on my work schedule tomorrow since the big meeting was cancelled - Yay! - so if I need to call in sick, I won't be horribly missed.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Ginger Zing granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
11:40 am 2 slices 45-cal bread, 3 oz porketta roast, 1/2 c grapes, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
2:15 pm 2"x2" square marble cake w/chocolate frosting (retirement coffee)
4:30 pm MIni Mint 3 musketeers (25 cal)
5:30 pm Deluxe Junior Mint
6:45 pm 2 pc 45-cal bread French toast, 1/2 grapefruit
