Mmmmm, half a fresh-yesterday Cinnabon for breakfast - divine decadence! Not exactly starting the day on a healthy foot, but once in a while, ya just gotta.
Hope your first day of teaching (as well as your own classes) goes really well. I'm sure you'll do well, but I expect it's a bit nervous anyway. Hugs to the newest prof!

7:00 am Half a Cinnabon, plum, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:15 pm Chocolate soy shake, 1/4 cantaloupe, 2"x2" brownie
3:00 pm 1 wintergreen Lifesaver
4:00 pm 1 Dove egg
5:30 pm 1 1/2 c tortellini w/broccoli, nuts, and cream sauce, 1 1/2 c tossed salad w/cucumber slices, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
Exercise:
6:10-6:30 pm Walk back to work
7:15-7:35 pm Walk home
7:50-8:40 pm Pilates mat
