Somewhat sleepy now even though I woke up fine and wasn't overly tired while exercising. Wouldn't at all mind crawling back in bed for a nap. Harvested my first two lettuce leaves from my bucket garden for a sandwich for lunch. Last Rib Mt hike with Barb - they move back to Minneapolis next weekend. Kurt came along tonight so he and Bob could chat while Barb and I walked together. What a great evening! Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice 12 grain bread, 60 g oven roasted chicken breast, slice Jarlsberg Lite, 2 fresh lettuce leaves, 1/4 large cantaloupe 1:15 pm 1 Whitman's Sampler chocolate 1:40 pm 3 orange wedges 8:15 pm 97 g rotisserie chicken, 12 oz skim milk, 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel Exercise: 4:50-5:20 am Salsa cardio DVD 5:25-5:45 am Reggae DVD 5:40-7:40 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
