Today promises to be a bit too warm for comfort. I was able to get into Body Pump with Anna this morning, so I can further ease into the old routine. Nice to think that eventually I won't be sore again. There should be ample sunshine at least.
Food:
8:05 am Cheese danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:25 pm Oikos Zero vanilla yogurt, cranberry scone
Exercise:
9:00-9:50 am Body Pump class
11:15-11:50 am Ellis St loop
