Looks like a potentially nice day out there today. Maybe a good evening to get in one hike this week.
Food:
6:55 am L'Oven Fresh cinnamon roll, 1/4 cantaloupe, 91 g raspberries, coffee
11:30 am Vanilla soy shake, slice cranberry oat bread, 1 tbl fig fruit spread, 100 g blueberries, 2 wedges light spreadable cheese
Exercise:
4:55-5:50 am DWTS DVD
