Got any preference what time we come tomorrow? I'm thinking along the lines of leaving Point between 10-10:30 if that works for you. Need us to bring anything from home?
Michael had 2 friends here for supper, so we shared out the salmon I had bought for the three of us. Pickins' were a little slim.

7:00 am 1/2 c AcaiApple granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 180 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Small sliced banana in 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, strawberry/banana soy shake
3:00 pm 1 molasses cookie
4:00 pm 2 3 Musketeers mini Dark Chocolate Raspberry
7:45 pm 1 1/2 oz salmon, 3/4 c green beans, 3/4 c coconut ginger rice, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:45 pm Small Culver's raspberry sundae
