Okay, I'll see if I can remember to do this more regularly.

Food today:
7:45a - 2 shredded wheat biscuits and no-fat vanilla soy milk
10:00a - half pb Clif bar, 1 red bell pepper
12:00p - other half pb Clif bar, 80 cal yogurt cup
2:00p - half cc Clif bar
2:45p - other half cc Clif bar
5:00p - half veggie calzone with ~1tbsp marinara
7:30p - 2 small slices tofu-banana bread, large glass 100% juice
8:30p - handful dry roasted peanuts (for protein)
9:15p - tootsie roll

Exercise today:
8:30-8:40a - Bike to campus
4:15-4:45p - Walk home (not feeling well)
