This week isn't flying by quite as fast. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I took an hour and a half walk last night and I'm a little sore this morning, just generally achy.
Food:
7:00 am 1/2 c AcaiApple granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
11:45 am 1/2 blueberry scone, 70 g grape tomatoes, peach soy shake
3:00 pm Molasses cookie
4:30 pm 1 Dove egg
6:00 pm 3 oz porketta roast, 3/4 c boiled potatoes, 3/4 c carrots, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
7:00 pm 4 oz white wine
