Sun 27 Dec

Trying to regain something of my routine. Did my Sunday ballet exercise upon rising, will somewhat limit snacking but again I'd prefer to eat some of the goodies while they're still fresh and then just stop altogether rather than limit to one or two treats in a day and end up eating things that are stale and ucky.

Avatar was fun. Glad I sat on the end so I couldn't hear the talkers, but wish Laura and Bob might also have been so lucky. Sushi was yummy, as was egg nog malt.



Food:

9:15 am 2 butterhorns, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
10:15 am Honey Crisp apple
1:00 pm 1 c tomato/avocado/cucumber/fresh mozz salad, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 3 sugar cookies, 2 molasses cookies
3:00 pm 30 g chocolate covered raisins
7:45 pm 5 pc Alaska roll, 5 pc spicy scallop roll, 1 pc tuna nagiri sushi
9:00 pm .8 c eggnog malt
