Sure was nice to chat with you yesterday! This was a quite relaxing weekend overall. Nice to get in a good hike, a little extra time with Grandma, some rest. And the week ahead promises to be nice temps.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice Arnold's 100% whole wheat bread, 2 oz ham salad, 71 g cucumber slices, 95 g super cherry tomatoes
2:30 pm 96 g green grapes, 1 LifeSaver
6:15 pm 3.7 g extra lean ground beef, Earthgrains 100% whole wheat sandwich thin, 1 tbl ketchup, 1 c red leaf lettuce, 1/4 c chopped fresh mushroom, 1/4 c chopped cucumber, 1/4 c chopped super cherry tomato, 12 oz light original soy milk, 1/2 c Ben & Jerry's Milk & Cookies ice cream
