Really had to push myself to get up and exercise this morning. Not so much tired as undermotivated to move at all. Still finding inertia setting in from time to time but have to keep on track as I have a 7:30 dentist appointment.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 149 g strawberries, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, Trader Joe's Oatmeal, 1/2 c frozen wild blueberries, 14 g chopped walnuts, 2 oz light original soy milk, 141 g strawberries, 1 Irish chocolate
1:15 pm 1 serving Special K multigrain crackers, 2 oz jalapeno havarti cheese
4:00 pm 2 Dove Promises, 1 LifeSaver
6:30 pm 1/4 cinnamon almonds
7:45 pm 1/4 chicken peanut stew, 5 small slices sashimi ahi tuna, salad, 2 tbl peanut sauce, beer bread roll, 1/2 tbl honey butter, 10 oz wheat beer
