Got up at 6:45 am and did Crunch Pilates, a shorter but vigorous DVD that I haven't done for awhile. Relaxing for a bit over breakfast at the computer before shower and attempt to clean the kitchen a little before we leave for Madison. Looking forward to seeing you noonish!
Nummy lunch at Bluephie's. Never can get too much butternut squash!
Food:
8:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 large grapefruit, coffee
1:00 pm Cup tomato chicken basil soup, 1/4 butternut quiche, 3/4 butternut burger w/pesto, tomato, cheese
6:15 pm 1 piece fudge
