Time to get back into routine again. Gym this morning, then need to return library books and maybe walk over to Human Services and write on the card for Mo. Supposed to be sunny and 77 so should be a nice day. Trying out my new gym shorts from Groupon, and trying them commando after reading an article on the need (or lack of need) for underwear under gym clothes on SparkPeople. Felt really good to exercise, but I'm a noodle afterward! Food: 7:30 am Costco cherry almond coffee cake, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:10 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Jif, 1 tbl raspberry jam, 172 g strawberries 6:50 pm L'oven fresh whole wheat hot dog bun, Fit & Active turkey sausage, ketchup, brown mustard, pickle relish, 1/2 c potato salad, 1/4 med/sm zucchini Exercise: 8:55-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body pump class 4:30-6:10 pm Hiking Rib
