Today is a DOMS day, big time! I worked very hard in the gym yesterday after two weeks off and I am paying the price today. I need to do some gentle stretching today in addition to walking. The upside of the hard work along with 23,000+ steps yesterday is that I slept really well. And the scale that was up to 152+ when I returned from vacation has been coming down a pound a day.
Food:
7:50 am Costco cherry almond coffee cake, 100 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm 2 hard boiled eggs, English muffin w/butter, 172 g strawberries
1:10 pm Piece of nougat candy bar
