Gonna do it; going to the gym for Body Pump this morning. Made the reservation last night so I'm prepared and psyched for class, even though it's been more than three months since I've done a class. I'll definitely use lighter weights and take it carefully, but I expect soreness in the next few days.
Oh, my. It's been a long time since the last Body Pump. Even with light weights, I struggled. I was the only one in class wearing a mask, which hid when I swore.
Food:
7:45 am Sticky rhubarb pudding, 101 g blackberries, coffee
1:40 pm 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese w/chives, 141 g strawberries, sticky rhubarb pudding
6:15 pm Pork chop, cous cous, sauteed pea pods
Exercise:
9:00-9:50 am Body Pump class
