This week went by quickly again, back home and in "new normal" routine. It's frightening how quickly time passes by.
Food:
7:55 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:40 am Chobani Low Sugar vanilla, 8 Wheat Thins w/soft goat cheese, 100 g blueberries
