DOMS in my left pec/shoulder today, four days after Body Pump. Probably good that I'm able to get into class again tomorrow to work on the muscles slowly. Will still give that area rest today.
Food:
8:10 am Apricot danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee
1:15 pm 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese w/chives, cranberry scone, Limoncello La Croix
Exercise:
9:50-11:15 am Bukolt loop
