Feel like I'm progressively improving, but slowly. Scale has remained below 150 for three days running now. Wish it could stay there even when I am able to eat more normally. Did breakfast and a fairly substantial lunch of french toast and sliced banana in milk yesterday, but wasn't hungry for dinner. Managed a glass of chocolate milk and about 2/3 of the leftover slice of foccacia.

7:50 am Almond croissant, 101 g blackberries, coffee
