Nice trip to Madison yesterday. Were able to have lunch with Laura at the picnic table. Leone called while we were there to beg off from a birthday celebration, but was able to speak to Laura a little. She is going to give Laura her very lightly used sewing machine, and Laura is delighted since she was thinking of getting one. Had rather too successful shopping trips at Trader Joe's and Costco. Food: 7:50 am Apricot danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:50 pm 3/4 c plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 c pumpkin granola, pumpkin waffle w/butter, Honey Crisp apple Exercise: 10:00-11:00 am Pilates class
