Decided to change from Yoga Flow to Yogilates, even though I prefer the time slot of the former. I'm still a Pilates gal at heart, so I prefer more emphasis on that discipline. Neither class is a formal Les Mills format, so she can do whatever she pleases as an instructor. I'm not guaranteed that Yogalates will be that much more Pilates-focused, but I'll go with it. It's also a less well-attended class so less people is better. Food: 7:55 am Almond danish, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:45 pm 3/4 c plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 c pumpkin granola, TJs apple cider donut 2:15 pm 1 maple caramel 3:30 pm 30 g maple sea salt kettle corn 6:00 pm 2 scrambled eggs, English muffin w/butter & apple butter, small Roma tomato Exercise: 9:15-10:00 am Yogalates class 4:50-5:50 pm Walk at Schmeeckle
