I am so hoping that this is the last day of nasty, bitter cold this year. If fervent wishes are good for anything, it will be. It's also the day the new Sherlock season is released on DVD. I missed the first one on PBS so I refused to watch any of the others until I can see them in order.
Getting bad chocolate cravings…. not good.
Dad has a CWACT board meeting tonight and downed some beef stew before he went. We just ran a bunch of fast-paced errands and I'm settling down to a real gourmet, dining alone dinner: yogurt, 2 clementines, and dry cereal! Should actually stay within my calorie limit in spite of Toffifee and chocolate covered pecans.
Food:
7:00 am Steel cut oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c Door Co cherries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm Peach soy shake, homemade sloppy joe on multigrain sandwich thin, 35 g chocolate covered pecans
5:00 pm 2 Toffifee
6:45 pm Light N Fit caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt, 2 clementines, 3/4 c chocolate Fiber One dry cereal
