Cool morning. Got almost 27,000 steps yesterday. Did an abbreviated hike of Rib in the evening and had supper at Red Robin because I really was too tired to cook. Had one of those non-stop days with no rest breaks between commitments so was exhausted.
Food:
7:55 am 1 c Millville Maple Cluster Crunch, 1/2 c soy milk, 100 g blackberries, coffee
12:35 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Jif, i tbl homemade peach jam, sm banana, 1/2 c skim milk, sugar
2:00 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk
Exercise:
9:00-9:20 am Cable row, cable lat, leg press machines
9:30-10:30 am Body pump class
