Not a good night for sleeping for me. Knees and hips hurt wherever I turned, so I kept having to move about every 5 min to get comfortable again. Fitbit only gave me credit for "sleeping" from 10:38-3:00 am even though I laid down about 9:30 and didn't get up til after 5:30. Better luck tonight.
Food:
6:30 am Almond danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:35 am 1 c brown rice, Del Monte Mexican vegetable blend, small banana
Exercise:
7:10-7:30 am Walk to church
8:10-8:30 am Walk home
