It was really hard to get up this morning, but I made myself do it anyway. Did the Cardio Soul DVD which turned out to be a good choice as it was energetic and sufficiently unfamiliar that I had to pay attention. Nose is still runny but I feel fine. I expect there may be treats at work today as a well-liked psychiatrist who left Portage County a year or two ago is returning today.

10:30 am Hershey Special Dark almond nugget
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, slice raspberry coffee cake, 2/3 c biryani rice
1:45 pm Lightly salted rice cake
3:30 pm Small banana split granola bite, 1 wintergreen LifeSaver
6:15 pm 1/2 fried oyster/Gulf shrimp po' boy, 1/2 c homemade potato chips, 4 oz white wine
7:30 pm Culver's single vanilla sundae w/raspberries and hot fudge
